There are numerous reasons which could prevent you from logging into your Arene account.
Some of these are listed below:
- The email address used during "Sign Up" has not been verified. Please ensure that you check your email received from the Arene team, and click on the green "Confirm Email" button to complete the Sign Up process.
- The password entered is incorrect. Refer to: Forgot / Reset Password to reset your password if required.
- The username entered is incorrect. NOTE: Arene uses your registration email address as your username.
- Your Arene Subscription has not been renewed. Refer to: Renew / Change Existing Plan
- Billing to your subscription has failed.
