FAQ: What is an Accounting System Data Refresh?

To ensure that Arene Analytics reflects your Company's most recent accounting data, it is important to conduct periodic Data Refreshes. You may choose to conduct these at the close of each financial period according to your unique business processes; e.g., If your business accounting is prorated monthly, you may wish to refresh your financial data after each month-end.

For QuickBooks Online data imports, the data upload process must be repeated manually each time a refresh is required.

Coming Soon: QuickBooks Online Data Refreshes will automatically refresh when changes are detected, at a maximum frequency of once per day.

Business owners may choose to exclude the current month in progress, as the data may be incomplete.

NOTE:  Arene restricts the maximum number of Data Refreshes as per your subscription usage agreement.
