There are occasions where you would like to invite an Arene member to collaborate with you in your Workspace. Previously you have seen how to add team members from the Workspace screen.
The tutorial below describes how this can be done directly from the Member Network screen.
- From the Member Network screen type in the name of the person you are searching for and click on the blue search icon. If they have made their profile searchable, it will appear on your screen. Click on the "Invite to Workplace" button located below their profile.
- Select the Workspace you would like to invite the member to as well as assign them the Access Rights you would like them to have. There are three access rights which can be selected (and two places from where they can be changed). Click on the green "Add" button to invite the user to your workspace.
- You will receive a warning pop-up, which you would need to confirm in order to add the team member to your Workspace.
- After acceptance of the warning, you will receive a Notification in the top right corner of your screen stating "Collaborator added successfully!". The Collaborator will also appear on under the heading "My existing workspace collaborators".
