FAQ: How do I choose if I want a new team member to be able to view/delete files, share files, or be an Admin in my Workspace?

There are four team member permission levels available, which grant a variety of access rights to a collaborator performing certain functions on your Workspaces:

Access Rights	Permissions
Owner	The owner of a workspace is the Arene company owner In addition to all of the admin functions, the owner can perform all functions to the workspace, including deleting the workspace itself. The owner may never be removed from a workspace. Cannot self-remove from a workspace
Admin	Allows the workspace owner to delegate most functions to another Arene platform user. Change the workspace name Delete workspace files added by anyone Add/remove any collaborator (except for the workspace owner) Add/remove a file label See other workspace collaborators Self-remove from a workspace
Contributor	View/download a file Can add/delete a file Add/remove a file label See other workspace collaborators Self-remove from a workspace
