There are numerous reasons why you are not able to add a company to your profile.
Some of the most common reasons are listed below.
- Only Arene subscribers who have Company usages listed on their subscription may add new Companies in Arene.
- If you have reached the limit of Companies associated with your subscription, contact the Arene Support Team for assistance at support@galenahill.net
One solution is for you to delete an existing company. This will free up a company unit, however, it will mean that all accounting data will be deleted, and all collaborators on the company will lose access to the company. Refer to: How to delete a Company from my Arene profile
