In order to add Tasks within Arene, you would need to have a paid subscription which includes Workspaces that have already been created. Tasks are actions set for yourself or your team members who are collaborating together on a Workspace. Set actions with due dates so that you never miss a deadline again.
The following tutorial will take you through the steps to create a new task in Arene.
- From the "Workspaces" homepage, locate the "Task" column and click on the grey "Task" icon next to the Workspace you wish to add a Task to.
- You will be redirected to the "Tasks for Workspace" screen for the workspace selected.
- Complete the pop-up by inserting the name of the Task as well as a short description of what the task is about. From the "Date Picker", you can select a "Due Date" for the task to be completed. You also have the ability to either leave the task "Unassigned" or allocate it to a member of your workspace to complete. NOTE: It is preferable to assign the task at this point, however it can be done at a later stage using the edit function.

Lastly, you have the ability to set the priority status of this task (the default priority will always be Normal). Once you have completed all the information click on the blue "create" button to initiate task creation.
- The new Task created will now appear on the "Tasks for Workspace" screen selected. In this case it was for the Workspace named "#1Jack".
