There are occasions where you would like to invite an Arene Member to collaborate with you in your Company. Previously you have seen how to add Team Members from the Company screen.
The tutorial below describes how this can be done directly from the Member Network screen.
- From the Member Network screen type in the name of the person you are searching for and click on the blue search icon. If they have made their profile searchable, it will appear on your screen. Click on the "Invite to Company" button located below their profile.
- From the drop down, select the Company you would like to invite the member to as well as assign them the Access Rights you would like them to have. There are two access rights which can be selected (Viewer or Admin) Click on the green "Add" button to invite the user to your Company.
- You will receive a warning pop-up, which you would need to confirm in order to add the team member to your company.
- After acceptance of the warning, you will receive a notification in the top right corner of your screen stating "Team member added successfully!". The team member will also appear on under the heading "My existing company connections".
