As business owners and advisers, you need to know exactly how your business is doing at all times. There are occasions where an Arene Member is unable to view analytics. When some members attempt to access the analytics screens within Arene, the following warning message is displayed:
Within the message, you will be advised to return to your Companies and some of the most common solutions to access the Analytics Data.
The most common solutions would be:
- The company you have accessed is not linked to an accounting data source, e.g. QuickBooks Online
Refer to: Link to Quickbooks Online - The Owner of a Company to which you have been invited has not yet linked the Company to an accounting data source. You would need to request the owner to link the accounting data source to the company.
