FAQ: How does Arene audit activities in a Company Document Workspace?

Every action taken in a workspace is audited on the Arene private blockchain e.g., inviting new team members, contributing files to a workspace, and snapshots that have been taken.

The below actions are tracked:

• What action was taken on the workspace?
• Who acted?
• When was the action performed?

This provides an indelible and complete track record of the actions taken on a workspace.

You can see the full audit trail on the workspace history pop-up.

1.  To access the workspace history, go to the company document workspaces screen and click on the arrows displayed under the "History" tab of the specific workspace.
   
   
   
   
2. The full Company Document Snapshot will be displayed.  From this display you will be able to access the following information:
   
   - Company Document History
   - Collaborators
   - Files Stored
