The important thing to remember is that a Certified Financial Statement can never be deleted. It can only be deactivated and removed from view by a company owner or designated Admin.
The tutorial below will guide you through the process of "deleting" (deactivating) a Certified Financial Statement.
- Once successfully logged in to the Arene platform, access the Certified Financial Statements of your company, through the left navigation panel. Click on the "Delete Certificate" button of the certification you would like to remove.
- As this process cannot be reversed once actioned, you will receive a warning statement, which you will need to acknowledge. Select "Yes" to delete and "Cancel" to terminate this process.
- Once deleted, you will receive a green notification stating, "Certification deleted successfully". The certificate will no longer be listed.
